Makkah Road Layout/ Plan:

The layout lies on a main core in the city of Jeddah along Makkah road – Kilo 5 district wherein all services are available. The Zone is identified with the availability of elite of the best international companies and trademarks. The total area of the layout/ plan is 17,000 sq.m. which is in the form of (19) pieces of land. The building system on the commercial lands comprise of (8) floors which the internal lands comprise of (4) floor.
