Jawad Center has been designed in a modern architectural engineering system which is a combination of beauty of modern design and construction where it competes with other commercial centers, The current design was selected from among a large number of designs where the center has the following advantages:

• The center has been divided into five parts, three independent units in which is called the large galleries (consists of ground floor, mezzanine and first floor, between these buildings are the trade shows.
• Large area of trade shows and high-altitude commensurate with the requirements of all owners of the various exhibits and activities.
• Optimal use of spaces and reduce internal columns.
• Glass faced with full outside lights.
